Hey @berumore thanks so much!! To answer your question YES you can do this workout multiple times per week however to important things to remember are 1) Give your self at least 1 or 2 rest days so your body to recover and 2) in time your body may "climatize" somewhat to this workout meaning it will adapt to the choreography and become less effective. Always good to keep your body guessing a little bit so dont be afraid to try other workouts whether on this channel are other workout channels you enjoy. Hope this helps!
